一、祈請

甲、法脈皈依境啟請頌

本來清淨陳祖師
金剛蓮華林上師
文殊觀音正法脈
智悲融通傳十方

乙、護法關公啟請頌

忠義正氣垂典範，環宇華人咸敬仰；
伽藍菩薩盡職守，佛法傳續賴護衛。

二、頂禮

南無伽藍菩薩

一稱一拜，共九遍。

三、供奉

以香、燈、花、果、水，一一呈獻於尊前。

四、祈佑

為證菩提而修行，眾生待渡極迫切；
業障魔擾難阻絕，仰賴尊威安道途。
慈憫眾苦來賜助，直至成佛不暫離；
弘法所需代張羅，功德累積早證悟。

五、迴向

傳承綿延廣化偈　

代代相傳正法髓，承先啟後轉法輪；
綿延法脈聖眾守，遍照普濟無盡燈！

吉祥圓滿

跋

日前弟子吳偉健提請我造關公簡軌以便修習祈佑。翌晨於睡時即見關公閒居坐像。此應為開許敬造簡軌之兆，故今日作之。
