Disciple Mi En followed my daily ritual and composed a daily ritual for his
own practice; see:

I consider this ritual to be very good, and he found it very helpful and
inspirational through his own practicing.

About two months ago he started to compile a book collecting my explanations
on items collected in his daily ritual.
In this process, with helps from several disciples, he also learned how to
format a book up to the standard that we have been adopting.

Now the book is ready for posting at our websites in pdf format. And the
file is attached.
With help from the articles collected in this book, people who are
interested in doing this ritual or some parts of it will gain deeper
comprehension of the essence.
