Greedy for gains one would forget to count losses.
Keeping the good going is never easily accomplished.
Unrealistic jumps for advancement would end in ruins.

Greedy for gains prejudices one's views. Mind would lose clarity and considerations incomplete. Consequently, it is quite easy to fall into delusions. Be aware and stay away!
