神秘的連繫_Mystic Bond

月亮和地球
不斷地圍繞著
雖然力學可以解說
依舊是超乎思議的神秘連繫

有情之間
成為好友或仇敵
結為親眷或無緣
超乎個別的意願
無以掌控
冥冥之中也是神秘的連繫
強要解釋也只能歸諸泛泛而論的因緣說

菩提心的理念
在圈圈套套以「我」為中心的
現實社會生活中
很難緊密地匯聚信仰者
而眾多的法門、法脈中
卻仍然會形成
身各異地而心心相印的法脈
只因為共同的感應經驗
使理念成為確實可靠的信心
使人生不再只是步向老病死的胡同
而是不斷經歷純真、成長、喜悅的
快樂過程
佛菩薩祖師護法的加被
便是我們共享的
神秘的連繫

Mystic Bond　Yutang Lin

The Moon and the Earth
Incessantly circling around
Even though mechanics can explain it
Still it remains an inconceivable mystic bond

Among sentient beings
Became dear friends or arch enemies
United through blood or marriage, or no connection at all
All beyond individual preferences
Could not be controlled
Also mystic bonds in the great unknown
At best one could explain them in terms of generalizations of causal conditions

The ideal of Bodhi aspiration
In the framework of social life
As constituted by layers and circles of self-centered interests
Could hardly gather tightly together its faithful believers
And yet even among so many Dharma gates and lineages
Still it has taken shape
A Dharma lineage of mind and mind in unison but bodies here and there
Only because we have inspirational experiences in common
That rendered the ideal solid and reliable faith
And human life no longer a blind alley leading to senility, sickness and death
But a happy passage that constantly offers experiences of
Purity, growth and joy
Blessings from Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Gurus, and Protectors
Form the mystic bond that we shared in enjoying
