Releasing of Lives Available without Consideration of Number of Lives Released

Disciple Kang Ning mentioned that she purchased lives for releasing just as
those lives are available without consideration of the number of lives
released.
I replied in agreement.
Disciple Tong Tou translated my reply in English into Chinese. And I revised

師兄：
阿彌陀佛，昨天放生，法務款500元，放生泥鰍約450命，陳先生說那些泥鰍都是台灣原生種，我也是到昨天放生時，陳先生告訴我，我才知如何分辨原生種或是養殖。
陳先生說不知我要放生，所以鯰魚及鱔魚都很大，500元沒幾命，故法務款就放生泥鰍，我自己有買鯰魚、鱔魚、青蛙、鱉、泥鰍等。
我放生都是隨興，不喜歡因放生而讓陳先生準備魚，所以我放生時，有時魚會比較大，所以會比較少命，請見諒。

The way you do is correct.
We don't need to make up large numbers.
Just release what is available is best.
I used to release crabs and lobsters, and lobsters are more expensive, but I continue to buy both because "We are equal-opportunity life-releasers."

有什麼就放什麼，這樣是最好的。
我以前常放生螃蟹及龍蝦，而龍蝦是較昂貴的；但我仍持續兩種都買，因為「我們是機緣平等的放生者」。
