Leisure Gained

Yutang Lin

Factual recording without expecting others to believe in,
Views proposed without claiming to be unique and fine,
Often reflect on one’s own behavior as needing improvement,
Relying on non-self regularly, leisure will surely be gained.

Comment:

Inspirational experiences are factually recorded. Even though they are not readily acceptable to ordinary worldly people, it is beyond consideration. Views related to Dharma practices, once gained, are proposed for all to consider, without claiming to be correct or superior. In daily life, often reflect, in order to improve, on one’s own behavior so as to reduce inconveniences to others. Thus carrying on in accordance with the teaching of non-self, then there is no demanding, no insisting and no grasping. Consequently, both body and mind will have leisure to enjoy.
