Comment: To attain dexterity of body and clarity of mind one had better maintain daily exercises and practice them without negligence. After a while one will notice the ensuing changes. Exercises will not only help one to feel good in daily life but also help sustain long-term good health. Recently, in addition to my daily Dharma practices, I had adopted the physical exercises of doing sit-ups and push-ups. I had felt their benefits, so I wrote this work.
