Laying Eggs Yutang
        Lin
      At times inspiration arose
One short article written at once
      Sometimes ideas came up
        Soon they disappeared
Later when they came up again
Thoughts lingered for a short while
        And that was all
Then leisure arrived, mind also free
Suddenly wrote fluently with steady pen
        Those scattered ideas
All of a sudden gave birth to several new pieces
In fact, un-thought-of did not mean forgotten
But fermented and nurtured deep down in mind
At the juncture of their maturity
Similar to hen's laying eggs, or call of nature ordering excretion
The tendency for evacuation is a must
And hence, all came out swiftly
