Full of Thoughts

Yutang Lin

As thoughts multiplied, more matters arose
In absence of thoughts, originally nothing matters
Chasing matters, one busy till advanced age
Who could wake up earlier

Responding to all matters with a humble mind
Let it be and nothing would become a hindrance
Even if one could prevail for a while
Who could always come out a victor

Day by day, aging and ailments approach closer
Year by year, attention and energy dwindle
Cease intentions to diminish worrisome bothers
One and others all enjoy peace and harmony increased
